父母醒后发现女婴死亡 调查官：排除被虐可能_我的网站

A |     Boman Irani has been a part of the film industry for decades, but at 66, the actor marked his directorial debut with The Mehta Boys, proving that age is just a number. And his hard work paid off well as the film won the Filmfare Award for Best Web Original Film: Critics at the Filmfare OTT Awards 2025.     As Irani walked on stage to receive the iconic Black Lady from Abhishek Bachchan, the moment turned instantly warm and memorable. Abhishek, who was presenting the award, stepped down from the stage and walked towards the front row to greet Irani with a hug, before escorting him on stage. Beginning his acceptance speech, Irani joked that it might take him a while to finish. Playing along, Abhishek brought a chair onto the stage and placed it beside him, drawing laughter from the audience.     The actor started his speech by saying, "I have no business being on stage here. I'm 66 now, debuting as a director. This is going to be a long speech. Take out your popcorn and let's enjoy this moment."     He continued, "When I was a kid, I made a promise to an 11-year-old boy that someday I would direct a film. And that little boy's name was Boman Irani. And I just feel so stupid that it took so long. But that's fine. About 14 years ago, I decided to make my film when everything was going pretty well as an actor. I wrote a beautiful script, which I threw in the dustbin in the morning. And then I wrote a script which took me about 10 years to write. Because it's just a slice of life film, as they say. But slice-of-life films can be boring. And for that, I needed to study. Study the science of writing. It took me 10 years to do this. "My students say,' If it took you so long and you got refused so many times. It was so difficult for you to get funding for casting. Then what about us?' I have this answer to all you youngsters out there. I have been acting for the last 35 years on stage and screen. But it does not necessarily mean that I qualify to be a director. Just because I've been acting for 35 years. You've got to start from scratch. You've got to pay your dues. You've got to work your way up, put that foot in the door and not shut up, so that somebody agrees to make this film."     The actor also shared that Sujoy Ghosh came to narrate the story to him, but Irani wanted to direct it, instead of acting in it. And Ghosh gave away the film to him without second thoughts.          "And I want to thank one more gentleman. His name is Sujoy Ghosh. He came to narrate this story to me. It was a one-liner. And I said that I don't want to act in this film, I want to direct it. He gave it to me for free without asking me a single question. Thank you, Sujoy Ghosh. It's very difficult in this day and age for people to have such a big heart." 发现女儿没气息三小时后才叫救护车

    调查官Tan Boon Kok在庭上表示，医护人员在2022年12月3日凌晨1点05分左右抵达事发单位。当时，女婴躺在沙发上，父亲在医护人员的远程指导下为她进行心肺复苏。医护人员接手后从女婴父亲口中得知他在前一晚晚上10点左右就发现孩子脸色发青，没有了呼吸。男子称，以为孩子在睡觉，所以没有搭理。调查官说，父亲对于拖延这么久才联系当局的解释有些矛盾，在接受盘问时，对事件的叙述不一致。另外，他所阐明的情况和警方查到的闭路电视画面有所出入。屋内家具齐全，冰箱内有为孩子准备的食物等，家中没有任何迹象显示夫妻俩在照顾孩子方面有所疏忽。

母亲对事发经过的两个说法均不属实

    女婴的母亲在录口供时对于事发经过给予了两种说法。她称，丈夫当晚被孩子的哭声吵醒，就让宝宝趴在床上。

D | 夫妻俩因此发生争执，她试图调整孩子的姿势，但最终被丈夫调整回俯卧姿势。母亲称自己再次入睡前，孩子已停止哭闹，呼吸正常，当她再次因钥匙的响声而起来时，才惊觉孩子的脸部和嘴唇发青。她指出，丈夫在过程中自言自语，说要如何跟警方说明，同时也告诉她应该怎么跟警方和医护人员解释。她也称，醒来时看见丈夫把枕头压在孩子的脸上，但之后称两个版本都不属实。

父亲：觉得孩子躺累了 改成趴着睡

    被告对于事件的叙述则有所不同。他表示，因为觉得孩子“躺累了”，所以决定调整她的睡姿。他轻轻拍孩子一直到她入眠，之后改为妻子照顾。他在睡前已把婴儿改成朝上睡觉。

被妥当照顾 没理由怀疑遭虐待

    根据验尸报告，女婴死前营养充足，没有外伤，无法确定女婴死因。调查官也指出，父母在面对问话时给了不同的陈述，调查无法判定女婴的最终姿势，也无法断定女婴何时没了反应。不过，考虑到屋内当时食物充足，孩子有被妥当照顾，调查官指出他没理由怀疑女婴遭受虐待。
